Torc is hosted on SourceForge as a Subversion repository.  The Trunk HEAD revision contains the latest code, and is generally fairly stable.  The current tag is also a reasonable choice for use.

Note that the trunk and tags each approach 3 GB in size, because of the many device databases.  It is consequently inadvisable to check out the entire Torc repository.  Executables built on top of Torc need only include the code and device databases of interest.
